Lake Oswego Collaboration with Bothwell Landscape Studio The planting plan showcased a bold, yet deliberate design for the new house entrance. Fresh juniper retaining walls accentuate the wood interiors. As you step down to the backyard, we cleared out rows of azaleas and outdated plants to create a more streamlined space. We expanded the existing deck, added steps leading down to the yard, and developed a rugged, waterproof wellness area underneath the deck, featuring a sauna and a cold plunge pool.

Hewett Blvd Project Portland, OR Collaboration with Bothwell Landscape Studio This project presented a significant challenge, requiring the creation of a garden area and parking on a landslide-prone site adjacent to a busy road. We installed a concrete wall for stability, added screening, and crafted juniper elements including a seat wall, steps, and garden beds. The project also featured the addition of lighting for enhanced ambiance and safety. A stained cedar fence was built on top of an existing pylon retaining wall at the edge of the site, combining functionality with aesthetic appeal.

The Leo House. Decking. Our client embarked on creating this stunning modern house from the ground up, and we were brought on board to bring their vision to life through comprehensive landscaping design. He wanted to keep it simple but sophisticated, our work encompassed crafting a complete landscape plan that seamlessly integrates with the contemporary architecture of the home. We designed and built multiple decks that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the outdoor spaces, using a blend of high-quality materials. Additionally, we engineered custom fencing solutions, combining both steel and wood to create a striking yet practical boundary that complements the home’s modern aesthetic. Each element was carefully considered to ensure it aligned with the client’s vision and the overall design of the property.

Infinity in the Forest Valle de Bravo, Mexico We undertook the design and construction of a custom infinity hot tub for our clients in Valle de Bravo, strategically positioned to offer stunning views of the surrounding valley and forest. The hot tub was meticulously designed to blend seamlessly with the natural landscape, enhancing the outdoor experience. The decking surrounding the hot tub was crafted in distinct, tiered sections, resembling steps that gently transition from the surrounding area to the hot tub itself. This design not only provided a practical approach to accessing the hot tub but also created a visually striking effect. From within the hot tub, it felt as though the pool was floating amid the treetops, with the forest stretching out below and around it, providing an unparalleled sense of tranquility and immersion in nature."

Work - Peñita Reserve
Peñita Reserve Collaboration with Estudio OME. We were invited to intervene in an existing lake and garden at Reserva Peñitas, Valle de Bravo, Mexico. Working with stone, we managed to draw new contours and lines within the pine forest and around the water. The timeless material contrasts with the ephemeral and ever-changing vegetation. Some characteristic species, such as agaves and oaks, were planted to invite the viewer to follow a path or a particular direction.
